Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms apply to services provided by VIP SITE Studio (“the Studio”) to a client (“you”). A project begins when both sides agree a written scope — by email, proposal or invoice — and that scope forms part of this agreement.

2. Services

The Studio provides website design and development, search engine optimisation, paid search management, and ongoing technical support. The exact deliverables, timeline and fee for your project are set out in the agreed scope.

3. Responsibilities

The Studio will:

• deliver the agreed scope within the agreed timeline;
• keep you informed of progress;
• treat your business information as confidential.

You will:

• supply the content, assets and access needed to do the work;
• review and approve interim stages within a reasonable time;
• pay the agreed fee on the agreed schedule.

Where material or approval is delayed on your side, the delivery date moves by the equivalent number of days.

4. Fees and payment

Prices shown on this website are indicative. The binding figure is the one in your written proposal or invoice. Unless agreed otherwise, work starts once a 50% deposit has been received, with the balance due on delivery.

Fees are quoted exclusive of any taxes, duties or transfer charges that may apply in your jurisdiction.

5. Intellectual property

On full payment, ownership of the delivered design and custom code transfers to you. Third-party components — fonts, libraries, stock imagery, plugins — remain under their own licences, which we identify on handover.

Unless you ask us not to, we may reference the completed project in our portfolio.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel before work begins for a full refund of any deposit paid. If you cancel after work has started, we refund the deposit less the value of work already completed and delivered to you.

Cancellation requests should be sent to studio.vipsite@ya.ru and are handled within 10 business days.

7. Liability

The Studio is liable for the work it delivers. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for outages of third-party services, or for content you supply. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the project in question.
